Since founding in 2005, Go-ITP has grown and exists to train team members to function productively in a healthy collaborative culture, whether designing, testing and refining products or bringing them to market sucessfully. We move organizations from just a cycle of owning, depreciating and donating technology to turning ALL  design and production implementations into profit centers. However, we qualify efficiency as a meaningful metric throughout the enterprise and not just in analysing the function of the individual.

Technology in design, manufacturing and distribution is changing and evolving at an ever increasing pace and its effect on organization is not always positive. So designing and utilizing the best strategy is a critical decision for all levels of business.  Cooperative brainstorming, designing, refinement, prototyping, testing, deploying and training are now not optional if the enterprise wants to have the highest probability of success.

What Needs to be Transformed

Technology use has become overly reactive in many businesses. Group problem identification, Proactive solution design, pilot testing, project modification based on feedback, full deployment scheduling, consistent interactive reviews of effectiveness, and milestoned obsolescence with refinement of personnel / technology requirements can seem to be a mystic art. Many small business owners perceived these valuable steps only viable and affordable in large enterprises. Matter of fact, the SMB marketplace has a quicker ROI in well crafted implementations.

Today, every company and everyone in it has become technologically leveraged. Small to mid-size companies believe they cannot afford org developers and technologists in the management team. This leads to hiring lower cost personnel or contracting disparate firms, consultants, and service companies focused on delivering existing products and services as opposed to the managerial function of first verifying the need of any and all resources in the business process of the company.

Go-ITP has worked for the last two decades on forging partnerships with decision makers and key delivery companies. We have long-term relationships with myriad out-sourced resources; design firms, machining manufacturers, testing organiztions, review companies, logistic companies and sales training covering every sector of business.  

Intense Terrain Products  

Through our relationships in industry, and our love for outdoor sports, principally in the Southern California area, we developed a desire to design, build, modify and share products and services in the following sector.

  1. Mountain Biking: Our first love, because of the need for full committment and the silence of the experience related to other off road activites. Many of our products address this sector. Due to quarantines, this sector is revitalized and maxed-out.                        

  2. Off-road Dirt Bikes: Altough noisy, there is nothing more powerful than fealing 450cc between your legs on a difficult climb or sketchy section.  Because mountain biking has dealt with weight issues for years, endure and trial bikes can benefit from our develop experience.            

  3. e-Motorized Surfing: We have been surfing for years and believe this sector will absolutely explode in 2021 as designs and product intergration becomes more intuitive and compact.

  4. e-Mountain Bike/Motocross X-over: this is a very exciting and dynamic field that will be exploding in the next 5 years. As e-motors and batteries get more powerful and efficient and frame design advances to handle the capacity and power, we will see new race and consumer activity explode!            

  5. Bike-adventuring : With the advancement of suspension of fat tire profiles and along with better designed tires, long-destance bike packing trips are not only possible but much more readily available to intermediate riders and campers.   

  6. Future Designs: The merging of metal fibers in with Carbon mesh is allowing exact designs to marry weight, flexibility/ridigity desires with durability like never before where e-mountain bikes of the future will have the playfullnesss of mountain bike but with incredible climbing for the non-professional riders.  

  7.  We will see what we will see, but we are looking!

Most of them have gone on to new visions but their impact will never be forgotten.
